ABOUT THE APARTMENT
In the Palace district of Budapest, on Lőrinc Pap tér, on the 3rd floor of a fully renovated condominium, I offer for sale a cozy apartment with a wonderful view. It opens from a closed staircase, but there is no elevator. The highlight of the apartment is the corner living room with one window facing east and the other north. From its large windows you have a stunning view of the Lőrinc Pap Square, the Jesuit Church and the Zichy Palace.

ABOUT THE CONDOMINIUM
Built in the late 1890s on the corner of Krúdy Street and Lőrinc Pap Square, the elegance of the tenement building is captivating from the street, and the elliptical staircase is amusing when you step inside. The builder was Henrik Reusz, who lived on the first floor when he was in Pest. Reusz was one of the 'new noblemen' of the dualist era and took the first name Ráthonyi when he was awarded his title. The family coat of arms can be seen above the gate. On the corner, at the height of the first floor, there is a winged lion: a reference to the palace architecture of Venice.

By the end of 2017, the condominium had two new floors and was completely renovated inside and out.
